Catherine Tang
President
Catherine Tang is a freshman at Mission San Jose High School. She is interested in pursuing a career in business as an entrepreneur. She has participated in the YIBI 2016 Grand Conference and her team placed third. In addition to business, she also has many other hobbies which include playing the violin, reading, and skiing.
Elise Liu
Vice President
Elise has been part of the DECA club at her school for the past three years and is excited to be part of YIBI as well. She is passionate about business and hopes to incorporate it into her future career.
Chloe Chan
Treasurer
Chloe is currently a sophomore at Mission San Jose High School. She participates in her school’s DECA and Interact clubs and hopes for a future in finance and entrepreneurship. Outside of school and YIBI, she is a competitive volleyball player and an avid flutist. During her little free time, she enjoys binging korean dramas, hanging out with her friends, helping out her community through various service events.
Mary Cui
Secretary
Mary is a senior at American High School who aspires to build a career in finance and economics. She is a member of DECA, founder of her school’s National Economics Challenge team, and leader of the D.I.Y. Club. Besides pursuing her prospective major, Mary finds her favorite subjects at school to be statistics, math, and history. In her free time, she loves to make origami, tie Chinese traditional knots, play the flute, and collect rare coins and currencies. Mary hopes to expose more students in her district to business and economics education and is looking forward to working towards this goal with the Fremont YIBI.

Alex Tang
Director of Public Relations
Alex is a 8th grader at Hopkins Jr. High. He is interested in business and aims to become an entrepreneur. He participated in the YIBI 2016 Grand Conference. Besides business, many other activities of his interest include playing piano, reading, and soccer.
